Person · Not stated
Still open: Captured by satellites or aircraft of the underlying providers; no person is identity-checked.
- 2. Captured locallyNot stated
Camera · Not stated
Still open: Not a signed capture, so none (STANDARD §3). Offerings and search results carry provider and sensor metadata passed through from the operator.
Place · Claimed
Still open: Results have footprints and GeoTIFF outputs; georeferencing accuracy is not stated.
Needs both: the weaker one counts.
- 3. Genuine deviceNot stated
App · Not stated
Still open: No attestation of delivered files is documented.
- 4. Sealed captureNot stated
Camera · Not stated
Still open: Not a signed capture, so none (STANDARD §3). Offerings and search results carry provider and sensor metadata passed through from the operator.
Content · Not stated
Still open: No integrity or anti-manipulation method is documented.
- 5. Known timestampReported
Time · Claimed
Still open: Search results carry capture timestamps from the provider; no independent check documented.
A time stated, not attested (RFC 3161, a log): Reported.

Notes
About. SkyWatch Space Applications (Canada) runs EarthCache, an aggregator of satellite, aerial and open imagery from many providers behind one REST API (api.skywatch.co/earthcache, x-api-key), a public keyless MCP endpoint for search and pricing, and a signed-in MCP server (mcp.skywatch.com, OAuth) that can place archive and tasking orders. Tasking orders (offering search, cost calculation, then a pipeline order) need a window of at least 7 days and are placed at least 2 days before start.
Price. No public rate card found. Docs: tasking requires max_cost taken from the cost calculator; archive minimum AOI above 1 km²; Sentinel-2 is free; 'Orders are machine-to-machine, no refunds'.
Coverage. Docs: missing offerings mean 'access restrictions or provider constraints (territory, embargo, high/low demand regions)'. SAR, elevation and some Airbus/Planet configurations are 'Non-Standard' and need coordination with support before ordering.
Timing. Docs: 'Minimum interval: 7 days' and 'Place orders at least 2 days before start'.
Licence. No SkyWatch imagery licence or terms of service was found on skywatch.com or the docs site (the site footer lists only privacy and cookie policies). Imagery comes from third-party providers whose own licences presumably apply; SkyWatch's rights terms are not stated here. Resale, AI training and ownership are therefore left unstated.
